Leadership

At Jumpin’Jax, leadership helps shape the kind of preschool experience families can feel confident in every day. Our center is built around a caring, organized, and child-focused approach where safety, communication, and early learning all work together. For parents choosing a daycare or preschool in Paramus, strong leadership matters because it supports consistency in the classroom, encourages a positive environment for children, and helps families feel informed and supported throughout their child’s early learning journey.

The teachers and staff at JumpinJax are caring and compassionate individuals who have experience working with children and love what they do.  Our happy and friendly staff members have all passed background checks as well as CPR and First Aid certification. They are the perfect mentors to interact with your child while they leap, laugh and learn.

Diana Smith is the Director and Head Teacher of the JumpinJax Early Learning Center.  She is a graduate of Rutgers University with a BS-Business/Marketing as well as successfully completing required Early Childhood credits at Bergen Community College.  Diana brings fifteen years of Early Childhood experience to our facility.  She has worked with every age group of children from infants to Pre-K and has spent the last three years as the Director of a Early Learning Center before joining us.  Since she is also a Mom, she has experience and understands the business from all perspectives.  Diana looks forward to partnering with you to assist with all of your childcare needs

Diana Smith’s background in early childhood education and experience working with children from infants through Pre-K bring valuable perspective to the Jumpin’Jax program. Her leadership supports a center culture where children are encouraged to learn, grow, and build confidence in a setting that feels warm and welcoming. Just as important, families have a direct point of connection when they have questions about their child’s development, daily routine, or preschool experience. This added layer of guidance helps create a stronger partnership between home and school, which is an important part of a positive early education experience.
